T-Res Implementation
The idea of transitioning to a Software Platform can be daunting and overwhelming but T-Res has your back! At T-Res we understand that each Program School, Institution and implementation is different. Each client has a unique set of needs from Activities, assessments, setting up workflows, migrating data, creating custom reports, exporting data and administration activities.
With over 160 Specialty’s and 650 Programs under our belts, you can have confidence that our Team has the efficiency, accuracy and experience to build a partnership that is transparent and devoted to excellence.
How it works!
Step 1: Data Analysis and Aggregation
T-Res works with you from the Start to ensure success, we begin with an Introduction which includes the CEO of T-Res and our Implementation expert. On this call we provide an in-depth explanation of T-Res as well as set milestones and expectations to ensure full transparency of our goals and deadlines.
Step 2: Design & Build
Our Implementation expert will work with you to collect data including but limited to Rotations, Sites, Evaluation forms, assessment forms and any other data that my be required!
Our Implementation expert will then schedule a series of meetings based on your timeline, these meetings will be for displaying progress, feedback, suggestions and any changes as we continue to build your program.
Step 3: Pilot & Testing
Once a Final version has been completed, a team of our experts and a small batch of selected users from the client will run tests to provide feedback and ensure all project requirements, milestones and infrastructure needs have been met.
If required, we will complete changes during and/or after the Pilot based on received feedback.
Step 4: Enablement
Once the program(s) have been setup to fit your requirements our Implementation expert will guide you through the T-Res platform informing you on all aspects of configuring and maintaining each component. T-Res does offer additional features such as Custom Reports as well as Program management where we continue to configure and maintain on your behalf.
Step 5: Launch
Success! Congratulations, we have gone live. When you transition from the implementation phase to daily use our Implementation expert to work alongside you in order to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible.
Step 6: Training
Change can be scary so T-Res offers Free on-demand Training Videos as well as Live Training Sessions for our new users. Training Videos can be updated on a continuous basis, and Live Training Sessions can be scheduled on a continuous basis!
The Live Training Sessions are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, free of charge.
