Data Analysis and Aggregation
T-Res works with you from the start to ensure your success. We begin with an introductory call where we provide an in – depth overview of T-Res and set milestones and expectations to ensure full transparency around goals and deadlines.
Design & Build
Our implementation team will work with you to collect all necessary data.
The team will then schedule a series of meetings based on your timeline. These meetings will be used to review progress, gather feedback, discuss suggestions, and make any needed adjustments as we continue building your program.
Pilot & Testing
Once a final version has been completed, our expert team – along with a small group of selected client users – will conduct testing to provide feedback and ensure all project requirements, milestones, and infrastructure needs have been met.
If needed, we will implement changes during and/or after the pilot based on the feedback received.
Enablement
Once your program(s) have been configured to meet your requirements, our implementation team will guide you through the T-Res platform, explaining how to configure and maintain each component.
T-Res also offers additional features such as custom reports and program management, where our team continues to configure and maintain the system on your behalf.
Launch
Success! Congratulations – we are officially live. As you transition from the implementation phase to daily use, our implementation team will continue to work alongside you to ensure the changeover is as smooth as possible.
Training
Change can be overwhelming, so T-Res offers free on – demand training videos as well as live training sessions for all new users. Our training videos are updated regularly, and live sessions can be scheduled whenever needed.
Live training sessions are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – at no cost.
