The development focus of T-Res was creating a platform that was intuitive, easy to use and convenient but we understand that learning and using technology can still have barriers. At T-Res we go the extra mile to ensure that every single one of our users has a great experience while using our platform, our Support Team, Online Resources and Training Operations help us achieve this.
One on One Support
When you contact T-Res via phone, text or e-mail you can feel comfortable knowing our team of dedicated Support members will respond and resolve any issues or concerns within a timely manner.
The T-Res Support Team can provide support for:
- Troubleshooting
- Functions & Features
- System operation
The T-Res Support Team is available 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT, Monday – Friday.
Need extra Support?
Our Support Team will work with you on your schedule, if you require extra assistance our Support Team is available for scheduled 1on1 calls or video sessions 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Training Opportunities
T-Res offers on-demand videos and live training sessions that are curated specifically to your needs.
There are many reasons why scheduling an on-demand training video or live training session would be beneficial including but not limited to:
- Onboarding of new Learners, team or staff members
- Follow up sessions
- Q & A’s
- Review sessions for updates, suggestions and/or improvements
Live Training Sessions can be scheduled 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Large or small at T-Res we work with your schedule!
