Resilience Software builds T-Res, a suite of customizable tools that enable medical students, residents, and faculty to easily input and aggregate data on clinical, surgical, and learning experiences.
Our story
Founded in 2002, we developed our flagship product T-Res to give programs a powerful tool for feedback and reporting — so medical programs can meet accreditation standards without drowning in paperwork.
T-Res was originally designed for urology and internal medicine residents, and later expanded to work for residents, students, and practicing physicians across almost all disciplines. Out of our office in Vancouver, Canada, we serve educational organizations in North America, Europe, and the Middle East — and lead the way in electronic evaluation tools for competency-based medical education.
We believe mobile-first logging software helps medical students, residents, and faculty save time and better evaluate competency. Your accreditation cycles, your discipline workflows, and your data are not a new problem for us.

Unlike traditional enterprise software, T-Res does not require months of implementation — most programs complete onboarding in days to weeks. We move through discovery, design and build, pilot and testing, enablement, launch, and training, together.

We only collect what is needed to provide our services. Data is stored securely in Canada and encrypted in transit, access is limited to authorized staff and trusted partners, and we never use it for advertising. HIPAA and SOC 2 compliant.
